Shipping policy

Whilst all due care is taken to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders, our items are made on a demand basis, meaning that 2-3 days processing time should be allowed for production of the items.

Estimated shipping times will vary, depending on location, but are provided at the time of shipping method selection, and whilst we do all we can to ensure timely delivery, these are estimates and variances in delivery times, due to matters out of our control, may occur.
